Sea Buckthorn Booster for Ulceraser

Sea buckthorn provides extra support for the glandular (lower) part of your horse’s stomach.  Rich in potent anti-inflammatories, polyphenols, antioxidants, flavonoids, and carotenoids including Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and Omega 7, sea buckthorn nourishes mucosal membranes lining the stomach and gastrointestinal tract, serves as a prebiotic for hindgut digestion, and can help treat glandular ulcers.

How is your sea buckthorn extract different from others?

Most sea buckthorn products contain a mixture of the sea buckthorn berry and other inert elements of the plant. Moreover, even those products that use just the sea buckthorn berry are typically made using either a water or oil extraction method. Using only an oil or water extraction method means that half of the active ingredients are preserved while the other half remain unavailable. Our sea buckthorn extract combines the use of water and oil extraction methods which allows us to preserve all the vitamin contents as well as the beneficial omega fatty acids and polyphenols and antioxidants.

What is the serving size for the sea bucktorn booster?

1 scoop (3,000mg) per day. But you can add an additional scoop for extra support.

What is the difference between the aloe vera extract and the sea buckthorn extract?

Aloe primarily targets and protects the upper squamous cells of the stomach while the sea buckthorn extract targets and protects the glandular and pyloric regions.

Can I include an aloe vera or sea buckthorn booster with my Mixers?

At this time the gut boosters are only sold separately and would need to be fed using the enclosed micro spoon.

How do I know if I should add a booster to the Ulceraser?

Ulceraser is forage based, designed to increase the strength of gastric mucosa, increase circulation and help heal lesions, act as a sand clear, and encourage digestion in the foregut rather than the hindgut, which helps prevent the release of volatile fatty acids that can contribute to hindgut ulcers. If you know whether your horse has a particular sensitivity towards squamous or glandular/pyloric ulcers you can provide additional support with the aloe and sea buckthorn gut boosters, respectively.

Yes.  For barns buying in bulk please email us at [email protected] to discuss eligibility and incentive structure.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our warehouse in Wellington, FL.

Do you have sales or promo codes?

No. We do not have sales or promo codes because we offer the highest quality product at the lowest possible price year round.

Do you have sample sizes of the supplements?

No.  The reason we do not have sample sizes is because the average time frame for seeing an improvement is generally 2-3 weeks so for people wanting to sample the products we suggest starting with the 30 day supply.
