DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Administer 3-4 Tummy Gummies approximately 5-10 minutes before competition, training or engaging in other potentially stressful situations. Store in a cool dry place (45°F-75°F) out of direct sunlight with lid closed.
Gummy color may naturally change over time. This does not affect the potency or efficacy of the product. Any clouding of clear bottle is normal. To maintain quality and potency, product is manufactured with higher active ingredient levels than indicated amount per serving. Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. If animal's condition worsens or does not improve, stop product administration and consult your veterinarian.

What are Tummy Gummies?

How long are the Tummy Gummies effective?
The gummies start neutralizing acid on contact and reach peak buffering capacity within 15 minutes. When feeding four at a time the peak buffering effects will last approximately 45 minutes. It’s perfectly safe to feed additional gummies after that time to extend it.
How soon before riding should I feed the gummies?
The gummies start neutralizing acid on contact and reach peak buffering capacity within 15 minutes. Most people like to feed them while the horses are being tacked up. But there is no wrong time to feed the gummies.
Why do some of the gummies stick together?
Unlike human gummies that are made with gelatin, sugar and corn syrup, Tummy Gummies are vegan and formulated to be safe and effective specifically for horses. These vegan ingredients result in gummies that are prone to sticking together, but your horse won't mind one bit!
Can I give more than 4 gummies?
Yes. If you think your horse responds well to additional gummies per serving it is perfectly safe to feed more than 4 at a time.
If a horse swallows a Tummy Gummy whole and does not chew it, will it still work?
Yes, it will still work. It will take longer for the gummy to dissolve because chewing it increases the surface area available to buffer the acid, but it will still be effective.
Is there a difference between the carrot and peppermint gummies?
The only difference between the two is their taste. The peppermint gummy is made with peppermint extract and the carrot gummy is made with carrot purée. Both gummies contain the same amount of active ingredients.
Do the gummies change color over time?
Your eyes are not playing tricks on you! It is completely normal for the gummies to darken over time. This does not affect the efficacy or the safety of the gummies. The darker color is a normal response to oxidation.
